These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "User", "you") and cici100 (hereinafter "the Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at cici100.cam.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by cici100 — including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and any associated promotional or loyalty program — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity. cici100 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Proof of age will be required as part of the KYC verification process. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, with all deposited funds returned and any bonus or winnings forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Registration by persons who are legally prohibited from gambling in their jurisdiction is strictly forbidden.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information on record.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, or contractor of the Company, or a close associate thereof, and must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently in effect on this Platform.

Registration of an Account is completed through the official registration form on the Platform. Players are required to provide the following information accurately: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a contact number. Players must select a secure password for their Account at the time of registration.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Registration does not automatically guarantee the right to participate in all promotions or to use all features of the Platform.

Upon successful registration, the Company may send a confirmation to the registered email address. Players are responsible for ensuring that their registered email address remains accessible and current. Communication sent to the registered email address is deemed to have been received by the Player.

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The Company will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including family members, friends, or associates.
• You must notify the Company's support team immediately if you have reason to believe that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised.
• The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.
• Players must use a strong and unique password for their Account and are encouraged to enable all available account security features, including two-factor authentication where offered.

cici100 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and via supported cryptocurrency networks. All funds deposited to a Player's Account must originate from a payment source that is legally registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account does not belong to the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — instant processing, no fees charged by the Platform.
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow — typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC) — processing time subject to network confirmation, typically 2 to 40 minutes depending on the network and congestion.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfer and DuitNow. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are set at the equivalent of MYR 30. Transaction limits may be subject to your own bank's or e-wallet provider's daily caps, which are outside the control of cici100.

cici100 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the funding source at any time as part of its AML obligations. Deposits that cannot be verified as having originated from a legitimate source in the Player's own name may be held pending investigation or returned to the source.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being fully satisfied:

1. The Player's Account must have completed KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued identity document (MyKad or passport for Malaysian residents).
2. All active wagering requirements attached to any bonus credit currently held in the Account must be fully met. Winnings derived from active bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement is cleared.
3. The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available withdrawable balance, as distinct from any bonus balance.
4. The withdrawal destination must be a payment account registered in the Player's own name. cici100 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5. The Player's Account must be in good standing — no pending compliance reviews, fraud investigations, or rule violation proceedings.

Processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 30 minutes and 2 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and may vary.

cici100 offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Malaysian residents aged 21 and above who hold a verified Account in good standing.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion is explicitly marked as "no wagering", all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without authorisation may result in forfeiture of all active bonuses.
• Abuse and Fraud: The Company reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably believes the bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms, through use of multiple accounts, or through any form of exploitation or manipulation of the promotion's terms. Any associated winnings may also be voided in such circumstances.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins are subject to expiry periods as specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus credit and free spins that expire will be removed from the Account without compensation.

By participating in any game or betting market offered on the Platform, you agree to abide by the specific rules applicable to that game or market. In the event of a conflict between the general rules stated in these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay, but these Terms shall prevail in relation to Account management, financial transactions, and conduct.

Sports betting results are settled based on official outcome data from the relevant governing body of the sport or competition in question.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:

• Registration by or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
• Use of the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
• Exploiting any software bug, vulnerability, or error in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or promotional structures.
• Use of bots, scripts, automated software, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated without prior contact with the Company's support team.
• Any conduct that threatens, harasses, or abuses cici100 staff members.

cici100 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity. The Company provides a range of tools designed to help Players manage their gambling behaviour and maintain control over their spending.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately or increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which they will be unable to deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a more extended break may apply for self-exclusion for periods ranging from 6 months to permanent. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the active period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of lawful personal entertainment as provided by these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, modifying, or distributing any Platform content without the Company's express written authorisation.
• Using any automated tool, crawler, or scraper to extract data from the Platform.
• Creating derivative works, mirror sites, or framed versions of any part of the Platform.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.

The cici100 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorised use of the Company's brand assets is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cici100 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity — arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from security vulnerabilities. While cici100 employs industry-standard security measures, no system can guarantee absolute security. Players acknowledge this risk and agree not to hold the Company liable for disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any amounts already withdrawn during that period.

cici100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the registered email address or through a notice displayed on the Platform.

Amendments take effect on the date specified in the update notice, or immediately upon posting if no specific date is stated. By continuing to use the Platform following the effective date of any amendment, Players confirm their acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms should cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of their available balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution in the first instance through cici100's internal dispute resolution process.

For the avoidance of doubt, cici100 does not represent that it holds any licence or authorisation issued by any Malaysian government regulatory body. Malaysian users are responsible for understanding the legal status of online gambling in Malaysia and for ensuring their own compliance with applicable local laws. The Company makes no representation regarding the legality of its services from the perspective of Malaysian law.

Where disputes cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral body in the Company's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
